Ingredients
Ingredients
- 1lb. ground beef
- 1 red pepper, diced
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 white onion, diced
- chopped mushrooms, go mad
- 1 can of kidney beans
- 1 bottle chilli sauce
- a couple shakes of hot sauce
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp basil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder (optional)
Brown Beef
In a large pot on medium heat brown the meat in olive oil. I will add a little water so it doesn't burn on especially if it is frozen ground beef, you will strain it off before the next step.
Add Some Veggies
Put the strained meat back in in the pot and add the onions & peppers, cook until onions are almost translucent.
Spice Time
Add the spices and garlic. Stir it up.
- 1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
- 2 tsp basil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp cayenne powder (optional)
Add the Rest of the Ingredients
Then add the mushrooms, sauces, tomatoes and kidney beans. Stir and let simmer on blow heat for an hour.
Season and Serve
Finally season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve it up with some fresh rolls with butter melted on them and tell me you didn't just die, in a good way of course . Please Like, Share and Subscribe to my channel.
