This is a name tag with a QR Code, your name, and a quote or design you want to add.

The QR Code is if people want to know more about you.

Supplies

3D Printer and Filament, clear acrylic, pen knife, pliers, sandpaper, calipers, ruler, a computer, and a lanyard (optional)

Printing

Download my template on TinkerCAD and edit anything from it.

Slice it using something like PrusaSlicer so it's ready to print, send it to your 3D printer, and get it to printing.

Once it's done printing, remove any supports. (there should be none)

Acrylic Cutting

Measure your acrylic (It is recommended to slightly over measure in case you mess up.) and then score it.

Once it's been scored, you can snap it with ease. Scoring both sides works best, and a pen knife/x-acto knife does this task the best.

If your edges aren't completely smooth, or you cut too much, sand it down.

Final Fittings

Take your pieces from the 3D printer, print a QR code, your name, and anything else you may want to add, and it should be set.

If the acrylic is too tight and doesn't leave much space, you can force the "stopper" (the small top pieces) in.

[Optional] Lanyard/Carabiner Clip

Get a lanyard or carabiner and attach it using the little hook on the top. There you go, now you can wear it around your neck or on your waist!
