The Nice Rack.
This instruction set will teach how to make a multipurpose rack out of pallets. It will give you valuable construction experience. I Wish you the best of luck and hope you have fun during this project.
Required Tools.
Pallet Diagram.
Collect a Pallet.
Choose a Side of the Pallet to Use.
Remove Boards 1, 2, and 3.
Mark on the Wood Where You Will Be Cutting.
With a Circular Saw Cut the Runners.
Sand Down the Boards and Runners.
Reattach Boards 1, and 2, to the Runners.
Attach Board 3 to the Bottom of the Runners to Act As the Floor of the Rack.
Sand the Rack to Smooth Out Edges and Fix Any Problems From Attaching Boards.
