Your Personal Huichol Yarn Art

warning: I do not own the rights to use Dark Cacao Cookie as he belongs to Devisters. This project is just for personal activity and not just for profit. It's also a fan art too!
Hello fellow artists! In this tutorial, I am going to show you how to make a yarn art on paper! This artwork is about my favorite Cookie Run Kingdom character, Dark Cacao Cookie, posing victory after he defeated the Black and White Dragon.
You can also make your own yarn art out of your imagination, too
Here are the steps!
(Two last images owned by Devsisters)
Supplies

Tools:
- Scissors
- Glue
- Pencil
- Eraser
- The Internet (optional for more ideas)
Materials:
- Yarn! (any color you want)
Search for Ideas in the Internet and Sketch!

Firstly, sketch the image as a guide to color the picture. If you don't have any ideas, you can search in the internet
I use the internet to search for "Dark Cacao Cookie" images because that's one of my favorites and one day, he will teach me about resolution to do something good and fix mistakes.
Add Glue on an Area to Be Colored and Stick the Yarn

Glue the area to color and stick the yarn. Cover the glued area to make a solid color made of yarn.
Do the same thing until you're done with a character
Outline It With a Different Color

To make it so "ancient"-ish and look like a folklore... Outline the foreground with a different color from the used yarn colors
Color the Background

After you're done with the character/foreground, color the background according to the sketch.
The background I have used is based on the Painting of the Dark Cacao Kingdom (Owned by Devsisters that developed Cookie Run Kingdom)
It's Finished!

You can immediately stick your masterpiece on a wall!
BONUS QUESTION: What Is the Source of the Background I Used?

Based on a painting of 5 peaks... There are two circles, black and white, that shows victory of Dark Cacao Cookie after defeating the black and white dragon (Art by Devsisters's Cookie Run Kingdom)
