Philips does not collect your personal information when you download or use the Wake-up Light app. However, Philips will have the ability to track the following usage of this app: page visits, alarms and dusks per day, alarm and dusk settings, general app settings, type of smartphone, and geolocation (country, state, city). This information is not used to track information about individuals, but it is used on an aggregate level to improve this app and the Wake-up Light experience. There are times when you may provide information to us voluntarily. This occurs when you provide your feedback to us though telephone calls. We use this information to respond to your query and to keep track of customer feedback.
The Wake-up Light app may present a pop-up dialogue to invite the user to visit a web-page where the user can rate the app, or participate in a Philips customer survey. Accepting this invitation, by choosing "yes", means your browser will direct you to a Philips web site that is not part of the Wake-up Light app. The Wake-up Light app will not share any information with this web site.
The Wake-up Light app allows you, the user, to determine if and how you wish to share your personal information. This includes pop-up invitations to visit a web-page for rating the app or participation in a Philips customer survey. The Wake-up Light app also allows you to choose to store information captured by the app, on your device. You should carefully review all applicable instructions, privacy notices and terms and conditions of sites and applications with which you choose to share, post, upload, store or otherwise provide access to your personal information. This includes applicable iTunes Rating and Philips survey policies, notices, terms and conditions, as they may differ from this notice.
By "accepting" the download of the Wake-up Light app, you acknowledge that you have read the statements above and that you understand that Philips is not collecting, accessing, or processing your personal information, and that you are responsible for how you store, share, or otherwise process or use your personal information.
